How long will it take my product to arrive?
Production time varies depending on the product you order:
Kitchen Knives ship in a few business days as we keep a small inventory on hand.
Rings, pocket knives and outdoor knives are made to order. Please allow 4 - 5 weeks for production. Our Priority Manufacturing upgrade speeds things up and gets a ring made in 21 days or less. Please contact us for details.

How to take care of a knife?
Each Origin Handcrafted knife is made with great care, and with the same treatment at home they can develop their own unique character over time, and last for decades.
- Clean and dry your knife after use.
- Store your knife on a rack or in a case.
- Keep your knife sharp by honing it on a leather strop or honing rod.
How can we return or exchange the ring?
We offer free returns and exchanges if a ring breaks or does not fit properly due to a manufacturing error. Exchanges or returns will not be honoured if the ring was made to the order’s specification, so please ensure you have ordered the correct size.
How do I track my order?
Once an order is shipped an email is automatically sent to the email address provided on your order. Orders can be tracked by clicking the appropriate link in the shipment email. If we don't have an email address on file or if you did not receive an email shipment notification please check your order history for shipment information. Please make sure emails from us are not blocked.
